Now my simple little wooden spools are shabbied up in the yummiest shade of pink....
With a little bit of bling added in the form of buttons and pretty stick pins..
What a fun and easy project. Now I have the urge to make a few more using some different colored paint..
Am I getting creative or what ??????
Very cute!

How adorable. Think I will try some of those and put them by my sewing machine. Great job.
ReplyDeleteI made some of the covered spools for my minature Christmas Trees to use as stands for them. Used music paper. They are so versatile.

Hi Kim! Your spools are so beautiful! I've seen altered spools before, but yours are definitely the prettiest! What a fun project! I may have to try this sometime. Thanks for the inspiration!
