Creative Stuff.....

I've been gathering all sorts of pretty things to get creative with......

From pretty ribbons, decorative fabric trims, pre-cut quilting squares and crepe paper rolls, to vintage wallpaper scraps and pretty flower embellishments in the yummiest of colors.....

To paper doilies in different shapes and sizes and some beaded trims as well ...

And lets not forget the pretty buttons and some roses too....

But alas, that creativity hasn't appeared just yet, except for in my dreams.

I dream of creating beautiful things just like I see everyday during my time spent in blogland, but those dreams have yet to come true.

Please help me... Where oh where do I start?

it's funny how creativity works sometimes, or should I say doesn't work....
you look like you are deliciously prepared for inpiration to hit you right between the eyes with full impact! lol it's all so pretty and girly and fun and beautiful!

maybe just start off with a collage page that showcases a sampling of all your materials, and the colours, just playing with them and laying them out on the page, just might inspire you to go in a certain direction and create something!

or just sit around and wait for it, because you and I both know that eventually it comes!!!!

ciao bella...have a great sunday evening!

Oh Kim! What a bunch of yummy, creamy, dreamy supplies! You lucky girl! Pick 3 of your favorites and put them in front of you on the table. THEN see if anything happens! ♥

I was in the same boat as you until I saw gabrielle messina's beautiful eggs on her blog - justagirl@typepad.com I started making some and let me tell you they are quite addictive. Sometimes we just need a little inspiration to get the wheels turning again. Good luck.

I almost always start out not having a clue what i am gonna do. But i will always end up with something wonderful. It is just one of those things you have to let it lead you. Hard to grasp sometimes but true.

I'm not much help. I stare at things and keep changing my mind. LOL! But I do have to say that the jar of pastel buttons still make my heart go pitter-patter!
