Because I've been so busy with work lately and because I haven't been to the thrift stores and antiques malls for several weeks, there hasn't been much time for blogging and not much new to show, so my blog posts have been lacking somewhat lately except for my Teacup Tuesday posts.
So, just to share something a little different, I pulled some old photos from my archives to share today. I'm pretty sure I've showed these before, but they are still worth seeing again.
A snapshot of a few things on my overcrowded but still pretty desktop in my office at home....
Some of my collection of yellow pretties (I just love the soft shades of yellow !!) ....
A vintage potholder and a few floral oven mitts that I have hanging on my kitchen/dining room wall to hide the cord that runs from my phone to the outlet where the phone is plugged in...
Tomorrow is a company holiday, so I get to sleep in for an extra hour or two, then I'm heading out to the town of Buffalo, MN to visit one of my favorite antique shops as well as to visit a few others there in town that are holding their once a month "Occasional Sales" . I'm hoping to find lots of new goodies to add to my collections. Wish me luck!!!
Have a safe, fun and happy 4th of July....

wooo-hoo Kim, looking forward to seeing what treasures you find :-)
I almost bought the same potholder at a thrift store. I picked it up and put it down(there were four of them I think)..and left without it..I hate when I do that. Went back and it was gone :(
Love those vintage potholders! Have fun at the sales!
Such beautiful things to work around!
Everything is so pretty. Hope you have fun on your outing!
