As I promised earlier this week, I'm back to share with you the awesome goodies that my Aunt sent home with me after paying her and my Uncle a visit last weekend in North Dakota.
When my Aunt discovered that I had been doing a lot of crafting, she dug out an old box of miscellaneous sewing and crafting stuff that at one time belonged to my Grandmother and she told me that I could have it. Her words were that if I wanted anything from the box, I had to take the whole box as she knew she would really have no use for what was inside it and she didn't want to be left with whatever I didn't want from the box.
Well, lets just say that I on the other hand knew I would have lots of use for some of the goodies inside.
Take a look at this yummy goodness..
Isn't it gorgeous ??? Look at all these beautiful trims..
And these pretty beads...
I'm going to have so much fun creating with my new stash of goodies and I think my Grandmother would be very happy knowing that I've come to share her love of crafting and that her leftover goodies will be put to good use.

You did score big time!!! Awesome and it will bring such sweet memories to you of your grandmother as you create with her lovely stash! Also, your spools are adorable and so sweetly chic!
Enjoyed my visit!
Be blessed,
Lorena
Oh Kim, you lucky girl! This box of lace and trims is magnificent!! Partly because they are so pretty, and partly because it belonged to your Grandmother!! So glad your Aunt saved that for you!! I know you will have lots of fun crafting with those.
You sure have some nice laces to make pretty things with! What a nice box of treasures!
Warmly,
deb :)
So many pretty goodies!! Lucky you coming home with such great things!!

Eeeks! How fun! I don't think my grandnother did any crafts.
Your aunt sounds like a good negotiator! :) Ha-ha!
I can tell you had a nice trip, Kim. Maybe you can go more often. ♥
What a lovely windfall! And I love your spools that you made on the trip and your cute assemblages from a couple posts back. You have so much material to keep you busy!
